Rotate is a feature that enables you to turn a picture in either a clockwise or counterclockwise direction in an image or image editor. For instance, a lot of editors let you rotate photographs 90, 180, or 270 degrees. The Computer Hope logo is shown below along with examples of how it might appear rotated 90, 180, and 270 degrees clockwise.
